Over 15 years experience in the sector, working as Brand Manager as well as On Trade Manager at DIAGEO. He received the DIAGEO European Marketing Award for his work with Johnnie Walker.
Since 2013 he has been working as Marketing Advisor at Vantguard, helping their marketing management and CEOs to innovate, launch new brands, and establish Gin Mare internationally.
He has led La Escalera de Fumío’s strategic planning department, assisting SABMiller in a variety of global projects with brands such as Appletiser or Peroni, Mahou, San Miguel, Ron Arehucas and Ahembo. He led strategy development, positioning and the business plan for Cerveza Texeda, a craft beer owned by the agency.

Helping Gin Mare become the 3rd Super Premium Gin in the world in just 6 years.
Launching Peroni in the Canarian market, overtaking the market leader, Heineken, in 2 years.
Record sales for the soft drink brand Clipper’s new releases. In 2017, it hit Tropical beer’s sales record. He launched Cerveza Bandido (beer with tequila) in the Canarian market, and beat Desperados to become the market leader.
He has been working in the creative industry since 2000. His professional career started in London, where he spent 11 years and co-founded Pirata, one of London’s leading digital creative studios in 2008.
He has won numerous international awards such as the gold and silver pencil at One Show, D&AD or Webby. He has led projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, Chivas or Diplomático Rum.
As an entrepreneur, as well as Pirata, he also co-founded Café Fred in 2014, the first Spanish brand of cold brew drinks.
He is a member of IADAS (The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences) and on the panel of various industry awards.
He was born on the other side of the pond. His curiosity, his desire experience life and his talent have taken him all over America to study and work.

His work has won awards in the world’s leading advertising festivals such as Cannes, Fiap, LIA, Ojo de Iberoamérica, among others.
She has a solid career working in Marketing, Events and Social Media agencies.
Ample experience managing accounts in the beer sector such as Tropical, Bandido or Caraperro (SAB Miller / AB Inveb). She has also managed spirits brands such as Gin Mare, Ron Arehucas, Ysabel Regina, Diplomático or Capucana.
Marta is an expert in brand creation, 360º campaign launches and digital strategies and has managed product design and packaging, web, communication materials for the ON Trade channel, horeca, sales, etc.
He started in the world of art at a young age working in his father’s ceramics workshop before being trained in visual arts and advertising graphic design.
He started in advertising in Madrid in 1999, working for different advertising agencies and studios like Tropart Comunicación, where he was Art Director for 7 years.
He has worked for clients such as Smirnoff, Cacique, P&G, Cruzcampo, Desperados, Gin Mare and San Miguel.
As well as advertising, Mauricio has worked in other branches such as photography and illustration.
